To the left is a salt bath the cheese goes into the salt bath for 24 hours
At the back of the room are the cheese presses. Some of the cheese will keep for up to 5 years
This is definitely a trip of a life time for Bruce and I, it is something we always talked about, but never thought it would actually happen. We have the pleasure of exploring the beautiful city of Amsterdam for 3 days before leaving for Tanzania Africa for 13 days. We will be spending 1 day in Arusha before embarking on a 12 day private safari. After weaving our way across the Serengeti we will jet off to Paris the City of Romance for 4 lovely days before heading home.
