The Cheese Farm

After visiting the fishing villages we stopped for a few minutes at a cheese farm. STINKY! It was quite interesting , then we got to taste many different kinds of cheese.










This is where they make the whey












To the left is a salt bath the cheese goes into the salt bath for 24 hours











At the back of the room are the cheese presses. Some of the cheese will keep for up to 5 years
